DocumentsParents and guardians will need to bring the following documents and forms to enroll a child in their neighborhood school.
NEW STUDENTS Provide tuberculosis (TB) clearance card. TB tests are given free of charge at the State of Hawaii Department of Health. They are located next to the Kona Community Hospital and may be reached at (808) 326-5629. A student without a TB clearance WILL NOT be admitted to any school in the State of Hawaii. |
Free and Reduced LunchThe National School Lunch Program is a federally assisted meal program in public and nonprofit private schools and residential child care institutions. It provides nutritionally balanced, low-cost or free lunches to children each school day. The program is administered locally by the Department's School Food Services
