ABOUT JAPAN FULBRIGHT MEMORIAL FUND

Every year, JFMF selects 600 teachers, administrators and superintendents. This selected group is given a chance to experience Japanese culture and to share their experiences with their colleagues and communities.

This program was established in 1997 in appreciation of the U.S. Fulbright program. It is fully funded by the Government of Japan and administered by the Japan-United States Educational Commission (JUSEC). The institute of International Education coordinates JFMF recruiting, promotion, and logistics in the United States
