from Feb. 17 – Mar. 30

100% of Sport Up! Funds Stays on the Big Island

KTA Super Stores along with Sports Line and Hawaiian Airlines are stepping up to the plate again for the 4th Annual S’port Up! program to ensure our student athletes at 17 Big Island high schools can continue to learn discipline and teamwork through sports.

S’port Up! is a collaborative effort between KTA Super Stores, Sports Line and Hawaiian Airlines to donate $50,000 for travel and sports equipment specifically for Big Island high schools.

In the 2009 – 2010 school year, approximately 50 percent, or $1.2 million, was cut from Hawaii’s public high school athletic programs throughout the state.

Beginning February 17 until March 30, 2010, parents and their families are encouraged to visit any KTA Super Store or Waikoloa Village Market to shop for participating products.  You can support our school as your favorite!

No monetary donations are required.  Simply inform cashiers at the checkout which school you would like to give your points to.  The more points we earn the larger our share of $50,000 toward travel and equipment for our sports teams.

Score points when you buy various everyday products from ConAgra Foods®, Banana Boat®, 7-Up®, Snapple, Frito Lay®, Love’s®, Hawaiian Sun®, General Mills, Kellogg’s®, Quaker, Gatorade, Hawaiian Isles Water Company, Hawaiian Isles Kona Coffee Company and Georgia-Pacific.
